Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering

Welcome to department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering, Chennai. We, the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering started out with 21 students in Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering in the year of 2002 and now we are of 118 students in the year of 2023. Our department follows the Anna university curriculum and we have well qualified faculties.

We have a dedicated team of staff members with doctorates and post graduates in the field of VLSI Design, Applied Electronics Communication Systems, Wireless Communication, Embedded System Technologies and Optical image processing. Well trained senior faculty members guide the students and help them to develop innovative projects.

Laboratories with all the facilities are available in the department to fulfil all the curriculum requirements. Students are motivated and encouraged to participate and present papers in National level technical seminars, conferences and symposium organized by various colleges, apart from the regular curricular activities.
